We will spend about 1.5 hours cooking, then have 30 minutes for socializing/eating for a total time of 2 hours (time can be extended for additional room rental fee).

Perfecting Beef Wellington
In this class, Chef Jessica will teach you how to prepare a perfect Beef Wellington with perfectly paired side dishes. Don't be surprised if the finished meal resembles what you would get in a fine dinning restaurant.

Discover the wonders of beautifully made homemade pasta. In this fully hands on class you will be guided by a professional chef as you make fresh pasta from scratch! We will also learn about squash varieties, making fillings and sauces.

Homemade Pasta
In our pasta making classes we learn the original way of making pasta. Each participant starts by making a well into their flour and then incorporating eggs, oil, and salt. We then work to create a cohesive dough. Then the dough is kneaded, rested, rolled out, filled, then cut into raviolis.

The Art Of Macarons
Whisk yourself into a Paris patisserie as Chef Jessica will teach you how to whip, fold and pipe your way to Macaron perfection. During class you will break out into groups of two to make various flavors of shells. Once your batter is ready, you'll learn how pipe like a pro. We will let the macarons rest before baking and jump right into our fillings! Our macarons will be sandwiched with different fillings, from an infused dark chocolate ganache to dulce de leche. You will take several macarons home to share with your family.
